Order Refusals

If a customer has a history of refusing cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, we may decline future orders. Typically, if an individual has refused delivery twice in the past, we will not process new orders.
Shipping Compensation
We do not offer refunds or compensations for shipping costs under any circumstances.
Shipping Damages / Broken Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure safe delivery. However, since some beauty and skincare items are delicate, there is a possibility of damage during shipping. While we do not offer returns or exchanges for such items, we will provide a discount coupon based on the extent of the damage. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process these claims.
